The Rainier Companies Announces the Sale of San Antonio Crossing, a Super-Regional Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas
DALLAS, TEXAS (December 26, 2024) – The Rainier Companies, a national commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas, announces the disposition of San Antonio Crossing, a 145,8119-square-foot Class A regional shopping center in San Antonio, Texas. Rainier purchased the center in 2019 as part of its grocery-anchored retail strategy. During the last five years, Rainier’s management team enhanced the center’s value on various fronts, including adding national brand tenants and developing Starbucks and ModPizza to the site near Bandera Road.

The center is at the intersection of Bandera Road and Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. HEB Plus is the property’s grocery anchor, and other national credit tenants include Academy Sports + Outdoors, Burlington Coat Factory, Half Price Books, Starbucks and Torchy’s Tacos.
The Rainier Companies is not disclosing details regarding the buyer or financial aspects of the sale.
