The Rainier Companies Announces Formation of Rainier Development Company, Partners with Mixed-Use Development Expert
DALLAS, TEXAS (August 15, 2023) — The Rainier Companies, a national commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas, announces its latest endeavor, Rainier Development Company. Operating as an independent entity within the Rainier portfolio, Rainier Development will specialize in retail-driven, mixed-use development projects nationwide. To lead this venture, Rainier has partnered with retail and mixed-use industry expert David Neher, who will serve as president of Rainier Development.
